Trump picks Amy Coney Barrett for U.S. Supreme Court; Cory Gardner voted to put her on federal bench in 2017

Gardner voted to approve Barrett's nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in 2017, suggesting he already approved of her credentials to be a top federal jurist. Colorado's Democratic U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet, voted against her confirmation for that job.
