Panel Name: How are Coloradans feeling heading into a big election year?

Voters across the state will have some big decisions to make this year. Colorado Polling Institute and other polling experts will discuss what Colorado voters are feeling as two big elections approach.

Ingham is the principal and founder of Aspect Strategic, a public opinion research firm based in Colorado. 

For more than 15 years, Ingham has served as pollster and adviser to campaigns and advocacy organizations throughout the U.S. and internationally. He also serves as the Democratic half of the Colorado Polling Institute’s bipartisan polling team.

Prior to Aspect Strategic, he was the senior vice president of research at Strategies 360, a research, public affairs and communications firm, for more than 10 years. 

Ingham received his bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Denver.

Lori Weigel, director of New Bridge Strategy

Weigel has directed research efforts for political and public affairs campaigns across the country, including four presidential level campaigns. She currently focuses on polling about ballot measures.

Weigel regularly conducts polling for Colorado Polling Institute, the State of the Rockies Institute and the Colorado Health Foundation’s Pulse Poll. She has served as the political pollster for Denver7 and the Rocky Mountain News. 

She was previously vice president for The Tarrance Group and was a partner at Public Opinion Strategies for more than 20 years. 

She received her bachelor of science from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. 

Seth Masket, director of The Center on American Politics, professor at The University of Denver

Masket is a professor of political science and is the director of The Center on American Politics at the University of Denver. 

Masket studies political parties, campaigns and elections, as well as state legislators. He’s authored multiple books, and regularly contributes at Politico, Mischiefs of Faction and The Denver Post. 

Masket received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles and his master’s degree in political management from George Washington University. 

The panel, “Colorado Polling,” is one of 11 conversations scheduled for Colorado SunFest 2026.
