The new science of happiness: Can neuroscience help you live a happier life — and is that even the right goal to focus on? Innovative University of Colorado professor June Gruber sits down with The Sun’s John Ingold for a fascinating conversation about the chemistry of emotion, the fallacy of “toxic positivity,” the power of compassion, and why happiness needs a little darkness to shine its brightest.
