One man is dead and three people are injured following a shooting early Saturday at a suburban Denver hotel.

The Denver Post reports the shooting occurred around 2 a.m. after an altercation at a party in a room at Aurora’s Hyatt House Hotel.

Two suspects were “kicked out” of the party and then fired shots through the room’s door, police said.

Four people were shot, including an 18-year-old man who was pronounced dead at a hospital, police said. In addition, a 17-year-old girl is in critical condition, and two men, ages 22 and 23, are hospitalized in stable condition.

Two suspects are in custody, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
