Celia Frazier
Celia Frazier is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado where she was an editor at the CU Independent. Her work has appeared in the Daily Camera in Boulder and at News 21 at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Arizona.
