Yali Reinoso was a criminal defense attorney who migrated from Venezuela to Denver with her husband and daughter. She left her country to escape poverty and political unrest. She has been helping other migrants to apply for asylum and work authorization at All Souls, a nonprofit that provides outreach to new arrivals living in hotels and encampments.
