Rosie Briggs is the Public Education & Engagement Senior Manager for Eco-Cycle, one of the oldest and largest nonprofit recyclers in the country. She specializes in community outreach and engagement, and for six years has run the Eco-Cycle Eco-Leader program. In her role with Eco-Cycle, Rosie is a consultant with the Colorado Circular Communities Enterprise’s Technical Assistance Service Provider program, supporting Colorado communities on how best to engage their residents and businesses around Zero Waste programs and policies and providing trainings on what is and isn’t recyclable or compostable and why. 

Rosie holds a Masters of Natural Resource Stewardship from Colorado State University, and volunteers in wildlands restoration.
