Amy Bhika is the Chief Data Officer at the Governor’s Office of Information Technology. She oversees data strategy, architecture and data services. Bhika is the chair of the Government Data Advisory Board and serves as an eHealth Commissioner for the Office of eHealth and Innovation. She holds a master’s degree in educational technology leadership from George Washington University.
