- How do I become a member?
It’s simple! Just visit cosun.co/join to become a member. If you are having problems signing up, that link should work best. You can get support at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
- Can I pay for a membership by check?
Yes! Visit cosun.co/join to see our annual membership rates. Then make out a check payable to The Colorado Sun with your email address in the note line so we can activate your account. Send the check to The Colorado Sun, 110 16th Street, Denver, CO, 80203.
We will let you know when we’ve received your payment and your membership account is activated.
- What if I need help with my membership account? How do I know if I have a membership?
First, try clicking on the small sun in the right-hand corner of the screen. There you can log into your account and check out your membership information — how much you’re paying, when you subscribed, etc.
If you are having billing problems or have questions about payment, email firstname.lastname@example.org for the fastest remedy and response.
- What if I need to update my credit card information?
You can update your credit card information on your membership account at https://coloradosun.com/?pn=manage_payment.
- What if I want to upgrade my membership level to get your politics newsletter, The Unaffiliated, or otherwise?

- How do I apply a discount code?
Click on the “Have a discount code?” button at the top of the membership rates page. Input the code before you put your credit card number in.
If you have an issue with a discount code, please email email@example.com for the fastest remedy and response.
- What if I need a receipt?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get one to you ASAP.
- How do I get my newspaper?
The Colorado Sun is a digital-only news service right now, so there is no print edition. If you are trying to keep up with our stories, subscribe to our free newsletter, The Sunriser, at coloradosun.com/sunriser. Otherwise, visit our website each morning — and check back throughout the day — for fresh stories.
- I signed up for The Sunriser/The Unaffiliated but I’m not receiving it.
First, check that you are subscribed to The Sunriser by visiting coloradosun.com/sunriser and typing in your email address.
For The Unaffiliated newsletter, you must be a politics+ member to receive it. You can upgrade your membership to receive the newsletter at https://coloradosun.com/?pn=manage_payment.
It also might be that our newsletters are landing in your spam or junk folder. Good news: There is an easy fix!
Simply find one of our emails in your junk/spam folder and make the sender — email@example.com — a contact. That will prevent our newsletters from ever ending up in your spam inbox again.
You can also drag our emails out of your “Updates” folder into your main folder in Gmail. A video showing you how is below.
